The channel-independent parallel and split function enables testing of batteries in different power ranges, while the modular parallel function supports high-current battery module testing.

The system can recover energy generated from battery discharge and redistribute it to other battery channels or feed it back to the internal power grid.
Grid Over/Under-Voltage Protection, AC Short-Circuit and Phase Loss Protection, Over-Voltage/Over-Current Output Protection, Overheating Protection, Open/Short Circuit Protection, Emergency Stop Protection, Self-Diagnosis Protection, Redundant Voltage Channels Protection, DC Polarity Reverse Protection, Power-Off Resumption Protection, Grid Voltage Phase and Frequency Adaptive, Adjustable Protection Values for Voltage and Current, Traceable Protection Log.

The software is fully functional, covering a variety of work-step settings, recording, and data storage to meet a wide range of testing needs.
CC & CV charge/discharge test: CC charging or discharging until the voltage reaches the specified value, and then seamlessly switching to CV mode for battery compensation which is smooth without any spikes.
DBC Configuration: support import/edit/export of DBC files. Different battery pack protocols can be communicated by simply modifying the code of the DBC protocol file without upgrading the program.
100ms pulse width: testing the performance of the battery under fast changes in current/power.
Driving simulation: supports up to 1 million lines of changing data.
Discharge to 0V test: suitable for safety and destructive testing (*This function is optional).
Integrated peripheral devices such as Auxiliary Voltage, Auxiliary Temperature, and Environmental Test Chambers for comprehensive testing and evaluation, providing multi-dimensional and quantifiable support for battery mass production testing.
