Special Tooth Design: the current clips feature a clear and neat tooth design, enhancing the clamping force, effectively preventing slippage, and ensuring battery safety.
Strong Clamping: after clamping force testing, the clips can lift a 2kg weight without dropping, firmly holding and preventing the electrode ears from shifting or falling off during the testing process.
Meets the testing requirements of 15A to 30A current, with gold-plated conductive clips, anti-oxidation treatment, and contact resistance less than 1mΩ, ensuring efficient current transfer, reducing energy loss, and enhancing the conductivity of the clamps to assist in battery testing.
The clamps are wrapped with high-temperature plastic on the outside, providing heat insulation and resistance to temperatures up to 150℃, corrosion, and rust. They have undergone salt spray testing, short-circuit testing, and multiple safety inspections to ensure comprehensive stability and safety in testing.
