Battery safety performance testing includes procedures such as overcharge, overdischarge, and short-circuit tests. The WFB-220L-2K explosion-proof chamber provides a secure environment for conducting these tests, ensuring both experimental safety and reliability.
Each zone is equipped with three explosion-proof bars, two on the left side and one on the right side. The explosion-proof chamber is fitted with a explosion-proof transparent window to provide the protection for testing personnel if battery explosion happened. Additionally, the three-layer explosion-proof glass designed allows for dynamic observation of the testing conditions inside the chamber, enabling real-time monitoring of the testing progress.
The external wall is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with surface spray coating and paint treatment. The inner wall is made of 0.06" (1.5mm) stainless steel plate. The interior of the chamber is reinforced with epoxy insulation boards to ensure testing safety.
Featuring a unique connector aperture design, each enclosure is equipped with two connector holes on the left and right sides externally, as well as two 90mm diameter lead holes on the rear wall internally. This design effectively eliminates complex wiring issues. All connector apertures are equipped with protective grommets to securely fasten the leads in place.
