Designed for high-volume battery testing, the cell rack features a flexible design with configurable number of test channels and maximum current per channel. A single rack supports up to 24 channels, with a maximum current capacity of 600A per channel. The fixture height and electrode spacing are adjustable to accommodate prismatic cells of various dimensions. It adopts a 4-wire (Kelvin) connection, which eliminates the influence of lead resistance and contact resistance on measurements, ensuring reliable and accurate test results.
