    Housing & insulation

    The outer wall is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with spray plastic and baking paint treatment, ensuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The inner wall features SUS304 stainless steel, combined with 40mm thick rigid polyurethane foam insulation material—effectively reducing temperature loss and maintaining stable internal temperature. The door is equipped with double-layer silicone rubber sealing strips to further enhance insulation performance, ensuring consistent test conditions.

    Equipped with a multi-layer hollow electric heating film anti-fog observation window (visible range: 180×200mm), allowing real-time observation of sample status in the chamber without interfering with the test environment. It features 2 built-in electrically insulated battery cell trays, specifically designed for 5V100mA16CH button cell testing (8CH per layer)—meeting the needs of small-batch precise testing in R&D and quality control.

    Adopting a high-definition color LCD touch screen with intuitive operation, the WGDW-20L is equipped with anti-integral windup PID and BTC balanced temperature control mode. Combined with a Class A armored PT100 sensor, it achieves a temperature measurement accuracy of 0.01℃—ensuring accurate and reliable test data. It supports both program mode and constant value mode operation, adapting to diverse test requirements.
