Latest updated: Sep 18, 2025
Video recording version: 9.2.1.7, compatible with BTS 9.0 software.
  • First, right-click on the corresponding channel of the battery, then click "Start" to open the step setting interface.

  • In the drop-down menu of "Step Type", select "Cyclic Voltammetry Step".

  • Double-click the box below "Step Parameters" to open the cyclic voltammetry step setting interface.

  • For example, set the upper voltage limit to 4.2 V, the lower voltage limit to 3 V, and select "Scan Up" for the initial direction.

  • A single step can be configured with multiple scan rates and cycle numbers, and the scans will be executed sequentially in the set order.

  • For instance, set the scan rate to 0.1 mV/s and the cycle number to 3 in the first row, set the scan rate to 0.2 mV/s and the cycle number to 5 in the second row, and so on.

  • For the recording conditions in the lower right corner, it is recommended to set the time interval; for example, set the time interval to 1 second.

  • Click "Start" in the lower right corner to begin the test.

  • After the test is completed, open the test data to view the curve. Expand the "Cyclic Voltammetry Step Data" on the right side, then copy the voltage and current columns of data and paste them into a plotting software to generate the curve.
