MRH-12A32CH-DQ pouch battery formation system provides an efficient and stable formation solution, ensuring the formation of high-quality SEI films during the formation process through precise control of temperature and pressure, thereby enhancing the performance and safety of the battery.
Combined with an intelligent temperature and pressure control system, it achieves multi-stage heating and pressure formation, with each stage's temperature and pressure independently adjustable, ensuring the consistency and stability of battery performance. Each heating plate has a temperature probe, and the system alerts and halts the formation process in case of anomalies.
Built-in controller, compact integrated design not only saves production space but also enhances the cleanliness and ease of operation of the production line.
