The CE-5008Q-20V30A features a dual-closed-loop structure of constant current and constant voltage sources. It offers high-precision voltage and current testing, rapid response, and support for various testing modes, including constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), CC-CV, and pulse charge/discharge. This makes it suitable for evaluating performance parameters of various batteries used in laptops, drones, and power tools, providing a comprehensive battery testing solution.

With 4 current ranges and rapid response, it captures battery performance details for reliable health assessment. 

  • Covering 0.03A, 0.3A, 3A, and 30A, ±0.02% of F.S. accuracy, from micro - pulse discharge to 30A load testing, accurately captures battery degradation mechanisms. 

  • ≤30ms current response time to capture dynamic changes during charge/discharge, replicating real - world transient conditions. 

  • 8 channels sampled synchronously at 100Hz (Δt=0.01s/ΔI=30mA/ΔU=20mV) to detect micro-short-circuit internal resistance changes. 

  • Four - wire measurement eliminates lead resistance errors. 

  • Nested loops up to 4 layers deep to simulate complex real-world conditions, such as fast-charging followed by daily use or different load scenarios.

SMBus/I²C protocol parsing and custom DBC configuration read battery state data. It supports intelligent battery dynamic management and testing, synchronously decoding over 20 parameters including SOC/SOH/temperature. During testing, DBC files help identify issues by parsing messages and locating abnormal signals.
