CT-ZWJ-4'S-T-1U by utilizing advanced central processing units, our system enables parallel processing of multiple data streams and high-speed data transmission, allowing for efficient handling of large-scale data and complex computational tasks.
CT-ZWJ-4's-T-1U control unit serves as a hub for 4-series testing equipments and the computer, enabling connectivity to devices such as 5V/50mA, 10V/20mA, etc. It facilitates data acquisition and analysis of test data, while providing real-time monitoring of the testing process and implementation of logical judgment.
The intermediary hub between the computer and the testing system, which receives computer program instructions and communicates with the testing system to execute precise charging and discharging operations based on procedural control devices, ensuring accurate program transmission.
Equipped with UPS supercapacitor, it provides protection for test status during power outages, allowing seamless test continuation upon power restoration. Additionally, it features 3 sets of I/O signal testing, offering fan protection, smoke detection protection.
In the event of unresponsiveness from the host computer due to system failures or other reasons, the control unit can seamlessly connect with the lower-level device based on the preset procedure to continue executing instructions. This ensures uninterrupted testing process and safeguards the integrity of the experiment even when the host computer encounters issues.
In addition to assisting in monitoring data and testing processes for battery testing systems, it can also integrate with communication to control other devices such as temperature chambers, pressure modules, and press PLCs.
With an IP20 protection rating, it effectively prevents dust and foreign object ingress, safeguarding device safety. It enables testing with a maximum of 256 channels (main channel & auxiliary channels).
It achieves a high communication rate of 100M by adopting the RJ45 communication interface and TCP/IP communication protocol. One device can connect to 10 battery testing units, meeting the data transmission needs for large-scale battery testing.
