Features a programmable touch screen control from TEMI580 (South Korea), with a user program capacity of 120 sets x 120 segments. It can set temperature and humidity, plot actual temperature and humidity curves, and has automatic fault display and alarming.
Equipment features a built-in 20L stainless steel water tank with low water consumption, stable circulation, external humidification modules, and a separated humidification system pipeline from the power supply, controller, and circuit board for safety.
The cabinet features a drawer-style water tray for easy replenishment of the humidification tank. It automatically recycles water use and comes with a liquid level display for convenient monitoring and an alarm to remind users to replenish water in a timely manner.
Air circulation within the cabinet is achieved through fans. When the fans rotate at high speed, air is drawn into the air duct from the bottom of the cabinet. After being heated or cooled, it is blown out from the top of the air duct, completing a cycle of heat exchange with the sample inside the cabinet until reaching the desired temperature.
The majority of the cooling system is imported and features powerful performance, stable performance, and energy-saving adjustment technology. It ensures normal operation of the cooling unit and regulates energy consumption and cooling capacity, making it environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and low-maintenance.
Features continuous PID adjustment with SSR solid-state relays as heating actuators, ensuring safety and reliability. It uses hardened Polurethane foam & glass wool as insulation materials with a thickness of approximately 100mm, providing excellent heat retention and preventing frost or condensation on the surface.
