Built-in vacuum system, ensuring a vacuum environment during mixing, effectively eliminating bubbles generated during the stirring process. The mixer features a bracket design for easy operation and ensures operational safety during the vacuum mixing process.

*The standard configuration includes a 500ml stirring tank, and a 1L stirring tank can be customized.

 NEWARE Vacuum battery mixer

The blender is controlled by a touch screen and supports multi-speed operation. It comes with a standard dual-axis screw-type stirring paddle, and an optional single-axis blade-type stirring paddle can also be selected. Different stirring shaft forms and combinations are available according to the size of the mixing tank, enabling rapid and uniform mixing and dispersion of materials in all directions.

Automated Coating Machine:
Seamless coating with pinpoint accuracy.

Automatic coating machine with built-in vacuum pump, providing precise coating. The machine allows for quick placement or removal of current collector. When the vacuum is activated, the substrate adheres to the vacuum plate without any deformation, ensuring accurate coating.

An optional automatic coating drying machine is available, featuring a large heating area on the top and multiple circulating fans to ensure high-precision temperature uniformity within the chamber, enabling fast drying.

Roll Flattening Machine: High-strength rolls, precision rolling.

The surface is treated with hard chrome plating, providing resistance to oxidation and rust. It is equipped with a guide plate for easy feeding and rolling of sheet materials. It supports forward or reverse rotation, allowing for convenient material retraction when issues are encountered during operation.

The machine is driven by an electric motor and features gear transmission to achieve roller pressing. The gap between the pressure plates can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment handwheel in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.

Semi-automatic aluminum-plastic film forming machine: Automatic shell punching, easy operation.

Place the pre-cut aluminum-plastic film into the mold for positioning, press the start button, and the power source drives the mold to automatically punch and shape the aluminum-plastic film. Removing the aluminum-plastic film completes the easy operation. 

The mold is made of imported materials, making it easy to replace and customizable according to customer requirements. The punching depth is adjustable. Compared to similar products, the aluminum-plastic film stretched by this machine achieves a deeper and more stable stretch with the same quality, with a maximum punching depth of up to 6mm.

Top-side Sealing Machine: User-friendly design, safety and environmental protection.

Cylinder-driven, suitable for top sealing and side sealing process of batteries with different specifications. Simple operation, no need to adjust or replace sealing heads, resulting in even and smooth sealing marks with an aesthetically pleasing edge appearance.

The sealing heads are made of copper material, making them easy to replace and clean. They have excellent heat transfer performance, saving energy consumption and improving work efficiency compared to similar products. The machine offers both automatic and manual operation options, equipped with safety anti-scalding devices and an operating platform for a safe and reliable experience.

Vacuum Pre-sealing Machine: Cylinder-driven, stable operation.

Vacuum Pre-sealing Machine: The upper and lower sealing heads are driven by cylinders, guided by two linear bushings, allowing flexible and accurate movement to meet the parallelism requirements of the sealed product edges. The chamber lid is driven by a cylinder and guided by a rotating bushing, ensuring flexible and accurate movement to meet the sealing requirements of the product.

The machine features a unique sealing method with adjustable pressing and holding time. The temperature of the upper and lower sealing heads can be independently and precisely controlled to ensure effective sealing. The pressure of the upper and lower sealing heads can be adjusted through pressure regulating valves to meet different process parameter requirements.
