One machine with dual-temperature control zones, combined with battery testing, integrates the functionalities of both charge-discharge testing equipment and environmental test chambers, cleverly saving space and improving equipment utilization.
Each chamber undergoes individual testing, providing independent evaluations. The user-friendly control interface allows for seamless operation, ensuring convenience and ease of use throughout the entire process.
WHW-100L-2-160CH, each chamber can accommodate two layers of 40 batteries tray slots (customizable), providing 160 testing channels. It is capable of simultaneously handling multiple input and output signals ( I ≤ 100mA), with each layer capable of bearing a weight of 10kg.
The chamber is equipped with a 50mm polyurethane foam insulation layer and a self-developed temperature control module, ensuring temperature fluctuations of ≤1.8℉(1℃). The stable testing environment insure accurate test results.
Multilayered hollow electrically heated anti-fog observation window allows monitoring of battery status inside the chamber during testing processes.
It features a closed piston refrigeration compressor for eco-friendly and quiet operation. The independently developed temperature control module has reliable performance and excellent temperature control capabilities. The fan ensures uniform airflow and maintains a consistent temperature.

WHW-100L-2-160CH prioritizes user experience and incorporates a touch LCD screen design with a user-friendly graphical interface and flexible configuration options. It features automatic screen wake-up through infrared human body sensing within a 1.5-meter range, allowing users to easily set up and manage the device.
The software is fully functional, covering a variety of work-step settings, recording, and data storage to meet a wide range of testing needs.
Integrated peripheral devices such as Auxiliary Voltage, Auxiliary Temperature for comprehensive testing and evaluation, providing multi-dimensional and quantifiable support for battery mass production testing.
