The WFB-220L-2K is designed to excel in critical battery safety performance tests such as overcharging, overdischarging, and short-circuit testing. With a nominal specification of 220L and an internal size of 30.7"×26.8"×8.7" (780mm×680mm×220mm), this chamber is spacious enough to accommodate a variety of battery sizes while ensuring ample room for safe testing procedures.


Explosion-Proof Integrity

The robust construction of the WFB-220L-2K is evident in its net weight of 200kg, a testament to the durable materials used. Each zone within the chamber is fortified with three explosion-proof bars—two on the left side and one on the right—designed to withstand and contain any potential battery explosion incidents, thereby ensuring the safety of the experiments.

Durable and insulated construction

The external wall is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, treated with surface spray coating and paint for added durability. The inner wall, made of 0.06" (1.5mm) stainless steel plate, is complemented by epoxy insulation boards, reinforcing the chamber's interior for ultimate testing safety.

Featuring a unique connector aperture design, the WFB-220L-2K includes two external connector holes on each side of the enclosure and two 90mm diameter lead holes on the rear wall internally. This design effectively streamlines cable management, eliminating complex wiring issues and enhancing the overall efficiency of the testing process. All connector apertures are equipped with protective grommets to securely fasten the leads in place.


Advanced safety features

The chamber is equipped with a protective ground wire and short circuit protection, further enhancing the safety measures during battery testing. An explosion-proof light ensures visibility within the chamber, even in the event of an emergency.
