The Temperature-Controlled Battery Short Circuit Tester is designed to meet various battery short circuit test standards and is used for safety standard certification testing of batteries.

Industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactor with all-copper terminal blocks and internal copper plate flow effectively improves heat dissipation, prevents equipment overheating, thereby providing a stable and reliable experimental environment, ensuring the accuracy of test data.
TheTemperature-Controlled Battery Short-Circuit Tester 6003C features powerful temperature control capabilities with an adjustable range of 50~302℉(10~150℃). It utilizes thermocouple sensors to monitor surface temperatures in real-time, covering a range from -4~266℉(-20~130℃). The precise temperature control and real-time temperature acquisition ensure stability and accuracy throughout the testing process.
20mm thick tempered explosion-proof glass, reinforced with stainless steel wire mesh, effectively prevents explosions or shattering caused by unexpected situations, providing an additional protective layer, ensuring the safety of experimental personnel to the maximum extent, while providing an efficient and reliable testing environment.
The equipment adopts PLC automatic control to simulate external short circuits on batteries, enabling precise control over the experiment process and real-time recording of battery voltage, current, and surface temperature changes. Various short circuit stop modes can be selected for external short circuit simulations, including short circuit time and battery surface temperature.
