Battery Manufacturing Terminology
Charge with a constant current.
As the reverse prosscess of charge, the battery will convert storaged chemical energy into electric energy during the discharge.
Discharge with constant resistance.
When the absolute value of the ΔV between the main channel and the auxiliary channel exceeds the set value, the channel will be protected.
In order to prevent the reverse connection of positive and negative electrodes, the interface structure is designed on the hardware.
The channel operates with the current set by the user. If the current of the step is not within the range of set current ± absolute value / set current ± set current *, the current out of tolerance protection condition will take effect and the channel will enter the protection state.
When the temperature exceeds the threshold, the protection function is enabled to prevent abnormal operation or faults.
A system for battery sorting, capacitance separation and charge/discharge testing.
During the battery charging and discharging process, the electric energy released by the battery discharge is recovered and supplied to the adjacent channel or other nearby test instruments for use, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving.
Grid feeding efficiency refers to the efficiency of charging and discharging equipment to return energy to the grid. It represents the extent to which energy is lost when it is transferred from charging and discharging equipment to the grid. The feed efficiency is usually expressed as a percentage and depends on the design and operating status of the equipment.
The maximum power that an instrument can bear, usually the actual total power of the device equal to its rated power.
The ratio of active power to apparent power. It reflects the utilization efficiency of useful power in the energy conversion process of the equipment.
Current stability refers to the ability of the current output to remain stable for a certain period of time. It measures the ability of a current source or current output device to provide a stable current and reflects the degree of fluctuation in the current output.
The interval at which data is extracted from a continuous signal and recorded.
